You may cancel your subscription to Flowweb at any time through your account settings. However, please note that cancelling your subscription will stop future billing, but you will retain access to the services until the end of your current billing period.

After cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the free plan, and any premium features will no longer be accessible.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made for Flowweb subscriptions are non-refundable. This includes payments for monthly, yearly, or any other type of subscription plan.

We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription, whether your account is cancelled voluntarily or terminated due to a violation of our terms of service.

4. Changes to Subscription Plans and Pricing

We reserve the right to change our subscription plans and pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and will take effect in the subsequent billing cycle after the changes are implemented.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Flowweb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraudulent activities, misuse of our services, or any violations of our terms of service. In such cases, your access to the platform may be revoked immediately, and no refunds will be provided.

Additionally, any information related to your account, including your IP address and usage logs, may be provided to law enforcement agencies if required by law or if we suspect involvement in criminal activities.
